When is NSE IPO about to open for bidding

Asked by CNI Follower · 24 hrs ago · 20-07-2026

As of today (20 July 2026), the NSE IPO does not yet have officially announced bidding (issue) dates.

Current status:

- NSE filed its DRHP with SEBI on 18 June 2026. (sebi.gov.in)

- The IPO is therefore still in the SEBI review stage; the RHP (Red Herring Prospectus) and issue schedule are not yet out.

- The issue also does not appear in the “Upcoming Issues – IPO” section on NSE’s own website, which is where active and scheduled IPOs are listed with start/end dates. (nseindia.com)

What market sources are indicating:

- Merchant-banking/press reports suggest SEBI approval is expected around August 2026, with the IPO possibly opening around September 2026, subject to market conditions and regulatory timelines. (business-standard.com)

- These are only expectations, not official dates. The actual bidding window will be known only once NSE files the RHP and exchanges publish the issue start/end dates.

How to track the exact opening date:

1. NSE IPO “Upcoming Issues” page (Primary Market → IPO → Upcoming Issues) – will show “National Stock Exchange of India Ltd” with issue start/end dates once scheduled. (nseindia.com)

2. SEBI “Public Issues – Offer Documents filed with SEBI” page – check for NSE RHP and final observations. (sebi.gov.in)

3. Your broker’s IPO section / ASBA-enabled bank – they will show the NSE IPO only after dates are finalised.

Summary:

There is no confirmed opening date yet; based on current information, the IPO is not open for bidding and is not formally scheduled as of 20 July 2026.
