Price of nse shares

Asked by CNI Follower · 3 months ago · 12-12-2025

“NSE shares” do not have a single price. There are thousands of individual stocks listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE), and each has its own live market price. Also, NSE itself is a stock exchange and is not yet listed, so there is currently no “NSE share price” as a tradable stock; an IPO is still pending as of late 2025. (reuters.com)

To see the price of any NSE-listed share (live or near-live):

1. Through NSE’s official website

- Go to: `www.nseindia.com`

- Click “Market Data” → “Equity” → “Top Gainers/Losers” or “Pre-Open Market”, OR use the search bar / “Get Quote”.

- Type the company name or symbol (e.g., “RELIANCE”, “TCS”, “INFY”).

- You will see:

- LTP (Last Traded Price)

- % Change / Price Change

- Day’s High / Low

- 52-week High / Low

- Volume, Value, Bid/Ask, etc.

2. Through your broker’s trading app / website

- Open watchlist, search for the stock (e.g., “HDFCBANK”, “ICICIBANK”).

- Add to watchlist to see real-time price, intraday chart, and order book.

3. Through financial portals / apps (example: Moneycontrol, Economic Times, etc.)

- Search the stock name – they show NSE and BSE quotes side by side.

I cannot provide live, tradable prices inside this chat because they change tick-by-tick and require a live market data feed. To see the exact current price, you must check one of the above sources during market hours (9:15 a.m.–3:30 p.m. IST, Monday–Friday). (britannica.com)

If you want the price of a specific NSE stock, search that stock name or symbol on NSE’s site or your broker app as described above.
